Welcome to the PQ (i.e., Positive Intelligence) Section of the Changemakers website. We are thrilled that you have landed here.
From decades of coaching lawyers and professionals, I have learned that it’s not enough to “know” a thing…whether it be how to become a client attractor or how to communicate more effectively with your team, or most anything at all.
The “knowing” is but a small part of the overall picture to create change. Alas, it is the “doing” that moves the needle and makes things happen.
That is why I am so excited to bring the PQ operating system to our Changemakers program and community.
By tapping into the PQ operating system of building mental fitness, we learn what negative thoughts and emotions are dragging down our performance, our relationships (with ourselves and others) and what daily micro steps we can take to turn it around.
Here’s the thing: we ALL have internal dialogue happening all day, every day. That’s a fact.
What we “do” with these inner thoughts makes the difference between whether we move closer to reaching our potential, sustain healthy relationships and create a life of ease and flow.
That’s it in a nutshell, with a whole lot of science to support the “doing”.
Since learning the PQ system for myself and now sharing with our members, I’m integrating it into our Changemakers program. When we understand ourselves better, we can make better decisions in every aspect of our lives. That includes our careers and business.
So, by first participating in our eight-week Mental Fitness Bootcamp, you’ll be better prepared to move into our Changemakers program with greater probability of reaching the goals you want to achieve.
